Looking for articles with known citations? Two resources may help
Friday, October 30th, 2009If you have a fairly complete article citation, these two resources can help you locate the full text of an article.
Many articles will be online.
All articles not available through the Mulford Library may be requested (at no cost to UT-HSC affiliates) through the ILLIAD Interlibary Loan software program. (The ILLIAD link is in the left column of the library’s home page).
*OhioLINK Journal Article Lookup
–Go to the library’s home page, click on OhioLINK ,
–Click on Already have an article citation?)
–Fill out as much citation information is known (journal name required, however)
–If there is no link to an electronic copy or information about paper/print volumes in the library..
-click on ![]()
-go to the right column and click on Get a copy via Interlibrary Loan
*PubMed (biomedical journal articles)
-Go the library’s home page and click on PubMed@UT (left column)
-Click on Single Citation Matcher under PubMed Tools
-If there is no link to an electronic copy or information about paper/print volumes in the library..
-click on ![]()
-go to the right column and click on Get a copy via Interlibrary Loan
